The only information obtained from website users by Koorboo Trenchless is the users' IP address. No failure or delay on the part of Koorboo Trenchless in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or remedy preclude any other or further exercise or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy.
